is it possible to activate these PHP options? or not?

exec , escapeshellarg , proc_open , popen , set_time_limit
I need these settings activated to be able to have “XenForo” to be used by me and some friends

If it is not possible, is there a way to pay a few dollars to activate them? :confused: I only have $10 USD

No, these functions are altering server data. Which isn’t available in this hosting, it’s not your own host, it’s shared with everyone.
