Php.ini file_uploads modification

hello i wanted to know where is the file php.ini so i can modify file_uploads to On for a file uploads website im making.

Hi

The php.ini file is not accessible from within your account. The php.ini file contains the PHP settings for all accounts on the server, so we cannot let you access or modify it.

Just to let you know, file_uploads is enabled on our servers. You should be able upload files to your website. Are you having trouble doing so?
