It looks like iFastNet (IF’s provider) has removed the “PHP Select Version” page.
Probably they’ve removed PHP 5.x as seen on this topic:

Since the versions available were only PHP 5.x and PHP 7.4, there was no need to have that page anymore.
I could be wrong, though.

Update:
I have contacted iFastNet (I have a Byet account) and this is the reply I got:

Hi there,
That is correct we did remove old php versions in free accounts, we have recently upgraded PHP on free hosting to PHP 7.4.

we apologise for the inconvenience caused by this upgrade.
I recommend upgrading your scripts so that they are compatible with PHP 7.4

or please upgrade to a premium account for more options, where in cPanel: software and services section you can change the php version to 5.6
and for a complete list of information about our premium plans, see :
https://ifastnet.com/portal/sharedhosting.php

Thank you and stay safe !
Please let us know if there is anything we can do.

Best Regards

The PHP version selector was removed from free hosting, along with all versions of PHP 5. All free hosting accounts use PHP 7.4 now, and no other versions are available.
