Phpmyadmin ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

My site is connected to the database. But when I try to access at vista panel by clicking in phpmyadmin it presents a error message: ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS from Chrome. I have tried using Mozilla but still not able to access it.

Still no changes. I cleared my browser cache, even logged in to Incognito mode. Reset my password from control panel.

The IP is not correct.

Yes, i have reset the Browser. Which should delete my previous Cookie and cache.

The main problem. It used to redirects me to

http:///185.27.134.10/db_structure.php?db=epiz_33355710_ull

Whenever i press the phpmyadmin btn. But it was since last thursday it redirects me

http://[64:ff9b::b91b:860a]/db_structure.php?db=

I tried typing the IP address manually
again but it changes and cause ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS error in all my devices.

Change the account password

Sometimes, if you change your password, the password isn’t processed correctly in the database server. You can force the password to be reset again by changing your hosting account password through the client area. Please make sure to use a different password initially, although you can change the password back to the original password you were using afterwards.

After changing the hosting account password, please wait for at least 15 minutes for the changes to go through the system. During this time, you may also want to clear cache and cookies to help make sure you will actually use the new password for phpMyAdmin.

Although i tried resetting my pasword yesterday but it didn’t work.
