PHPMyAdmin Error

I created a database, then went to PHPMyAdmin, created a table, tried to edit the field and there was no submit button to edit the values, so I refreshed the page and this came up.

This page isn’t working
185.27.134.10 didn’t send any data.
ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE

After clearing cookies and cache and trying an hour later the same error comes up on any database I have created since.
