What kind of help do you need exactly?

You can just change the permissions of files directories through our file manager or any FTP client of your choice, e.g. FileZilla.

That said, chmodding any files on our hosting shouldn’t ever be necessary, because we execute PHP code with the same system user that owns the website files, meaning PHP processes can read and write all files of the site anyways. In other words, you don’t need to chmod the directories to make them writable, because they already are writable by default.
