See the paragraph under Delete your hosting account for instructions. It will not be deleted immediately, it states
After approximately 60 days, the account will be deactivated. A few days after that, the account will be deleted entirely.

Just click the big red button that says Deactivate Account from the Edit Account page, and wait for 60 days for the account to be deleted.
Or you can remove the domains and wait for the account to be deleted automatically for inactivity.
