when I am trying to connect an external website to get some data (what I used to do a very long time ago and it was working correctly) I get now an error “php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Temporary failure in name resolution”… please how can I resolve this issue ??

What is the external website? Can you access the website yourself?
