You can see why your hosting account was suspended in your Client Area as well as cPanel.
@Admin provides a way to contact to staff directly from the client area. You can ask them for anything you would like.
Please check the client area for more info. In the client area, you’ll see information as to why your account is suspended, as well as when/how your account can/will be reactivated.
If it says you need to submit a ticket, then you should submit a ticket. If it says you need to wait, you should to wait. If it provides a link with more information, you can click the link to learn more.
