Pls what do i do after getting the free ssl ( how to activate it)

What I’m seeing is:

i have really simple ssl installed

You need to install the SSL certificate on your hosting account. To do that, follow the “Installing an existing certificate” part of this article, and only after that configure Really Simple SSL for that purpose.
