Plugin updates failed every time

**My website URL is:**https://101studentlife.ga

**What I’m seeing is:**every time I try to install any plugin or update theme always update fails or installing fails, I have another site same from infinity free but I don’t face any issue there.

**I’m using this software:**firefox browser, chrome browser.

**Additional information:**i have another site newleaf.ml that has no issue like this, all updates installations are done in few seconds. actually, for both my site I use cloudflare for ssl.

Maybe you haven’t set up FTP settings in WordPress config to update/upload files.
