Problem in Generate key/CSR

My website url is- infoGAT.ml
In order to get the ssl certificate, i have used Generate key/CSR option in control panel. But it is not generating the key and CSR.Please help.

Not to mention. i have found an answer through this forum itself

I think to make CSR needed a third party to do it because it will be asked for a signed public key and this usually happens when buying paid SSL

Note: Let’s Encrypt is not supported on InfinityFree and besides that there is actually an easy way to do that is by making SSL through Cloudflare
