When I clicked “Online File Manager” from cpanel, I got this error message:
Unable to connect to FTP server 185.27.134.11 on port 21 .
Are you sure this is the address of the FTP server? This is often different from that of the HTTP (web) server. Please contact your ISP helpdesk or system administrator for help.
Previously I had done exactly what I did this time and had no problem.
Then I tried to use FileZilla to connect my FTP server, I got this error message:
Response: 421 2900 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Unable to connect to the FTP server.
Can anyone help ?
