Error: showing ‘your website is ready’ in a fancy font

I have uploaded a HTML File via FTP and i only get the welcome page. I HAVE Put my html in the correct place, could this be a problem with PHP?

You need to either rename the basic web page.html file to either index.html or index.htm or create an .htaccess file with the following content:

DirectoryIndex basic%20web%20page.html

, then clear your cache in order for your website to work fine.
