###Other Information
I have uploaded the Mautic files to a Cpanel and when I go to the url http://stevan.lovestoblog.com/installer I’m getting error instead of installation screen.

Does anybody know what’s the problem?
Thanks.

When I check the Network tab in my browser and refresh the page, I see the status code of the page is 500, which usually means an error occurred in the PHP code.

Usually, enabling error messages is a good place to start:

If this doesn’t work, you may be able to search the web to see which debug or troubleshooting options exist for Mautic that could reveal more information.

Hello,
Is there an option for Mautic to be included in softaculous so I can install it in Cpanel in infinityfree.net ?

Thanks.

Mautic is available in the official Softaculous catalogue, but it has been disabled in our Softaculous installation. We disable some scripts in Softaculous, usually because of one of these reasons:

  • The software is intended for purposes that violate our rules.
  • The software has requirements that our hosting does not provide, i.e. the software doesn’t work on our hosting.

I don’t know exactly which is the case for Mautic. But I don’t see why it would be forbidden, and given that it’s broken for you, it seems most likely to me that Mautic is simply not compatible with our hosting.

Feel free to try and see if you can get it to work yourself. But if you don’t want to bother with that, please choose another script from Softaculous that can fulfill your needs. That’s usually the best way to get something that works.
