I read that it is not ok to upload video and movies ect. to the webiste for a type of file hosting.
But what if i wanna build a profile picture, or a system to upload pictures to. Is that ok to have a few profile picture or pictures on the web server, to display on the website?
Uploading some images is no problem. If you have a forum site, for example, then obviously people should be able to upload profile pictures! As long as the number of uploads is reasonable, and isn’t the primary purpose of the website.
