Query about Shared Hosting's Premium Plan

Hi,

I am looking forward to getting one of the shared hosting plans on ifastnet, the one with $4.99/month. But I have a few concerns and would like them to be resolved.

A: Can I have my server space allocated to the USA? Or do you have your servers located in the USA at all ?

B: I am located in India so what payment methods you have for Indian users. Just to be clear, I don’t have a credit card that is why I am asking this question.*
