clean your system from PUP !

@ChrisPAR I think I should try this https://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-cobalten-com/

Update
And now I’m facing this issue with most of the website with no SSL certificate means http only sites but all https are working fine and that too is happening on my network only, I tried my all devices with other network then the response was good. Only one person reported me back with facing same issue on my websites. He lives in another province in fact. But still, can this be an ISP problem? They might be under attack? Should I ignore this and continue building my site if my site is okay to others?

I also thought so previously but can you explain why the same is happening on my android device wih my cellular data on? (My cellular + Brodband service provider is same). My android is malware free i believe and my pc is more cleaner than ever. I deleted even extension registeries from pc. Nothing unknown and suspicious is left in there. Still I will definitely try your advice but it doesn’t explains about 2 pc and 2 phones behaving the same way. Actually I’m reluctant to install another freeware on my pc as I always was. Thanks for helping

your browser is certainly infected with cobalten
your website files- who knows
and the router can be hijacked or infected also

So do you suggest me to start with clean slate, new pc, new phone, new router, new site? But I did not visit any suspicious site which can infect my whole network

I advise you to clean adware from the browser

What browser are you using though?

chrome 67 (from screenshot - gdrive)

I’m not sure but it looks like the problem might be on your ISP.

I scanned both my PC and Phone with Malwarebytes premium, nothing was found as expected and I still see cobalten ads.

https://drive.google.com/open?id=1mtmWRZEwWHaFAimilmosnBFN2m_98Swm

I think its ISP, but is there anyways to prevent this? When I visit using VPN then again I see those Cobalten ads popups. How do they recognise my traffic then? and why it is only happening with non ssl sites, its not happening with ssl sites.

It goes like http://chords4noobs.com/?i=1http://chords4noobs.com/?i=2 → >http://chords4noobs.com/?i=3 → >Turn cookies on or off - Computer - Google Account Help

I’m still getting redirected to Google cookies helper page of google, despite my browser allows cookies. I tried reinstalling browser from scratch.

Please help…

It doesn’t matter wheteher you are using a VPN or not, your ISP may have injected these ads into your connection.
In such case, it doesn’t matter what you use, as the ads are still there, since you use your ISP’s connection to connect to VPN.

I don’t have my own ssl certificate. You don’t recommend Flexible one.

I have another thing to say, can this be my DNS resolver? I’m using custom cloudflare DNS resolver that 1.1.1.1, something like that. which they introduced as more fast and secure DNS that public ones.

You have one, one SSL is installed in every account (sel-signed) and Full will work greate with it!

It looks like you’ll need to Contact your ISP, if they really did put the codes.
Also I’m pretty sure they’ll reply with a “No”.

I’ve been using it too for past few months until now, and every site I visit is appear to be normal. DNS only act as IP Directory. Basically, all of our browsing activity use IP address(-es) to connect to desired site (server), but is “masked” through the use of domain name, which is easier to remember.

So you figured it out? Good then.
That might be one of many strategy of your ISP to make coughrevenuecough. But it’s better than here in Indonesia. Most of our ISP give no mercy to their customer with ads, regardless the presence of https and website popularity.

If I were you, I would find a way to bypass those ads right away (of course it can be found in Google).

You are welcome, I hope you get this resolved.
With SSL, you will even get better rankings and rise in Google Search, so nice choice!

Most ISPs will just either not reply at all, or blame InfinityFree for their ads. Consider changing ISP.

Shame on them, they will eventually lose all customers. Let me ask you, is it legal in Indonesia for ISPs to put ads everywhere @Joo_Nath, and if it isn’t, how are people accepting it?
