Randomly got an error: the site is unavailable

  1. Have you changed the nameservers since you last posted?

  2. I think this is a domain issue, not a hosting issue

  3. Do you get the same error with Cloudflare?

On second thought, maybe removing and re-creating the account would do something (Take a backup first) as maybe the control panel integration messed something up…

Actually, I think something is wrong with Freenom, this happens a lot.

Thank you! I will try to move my website to another Infinityfree account, or reset the domain. Or maybe contact a Freenom staff…

Yea. My control panel is messed up with a lot of unused subdomain

I checked your domain name again and it still doesn’t have any nameservers.

This is definitely an issue at Freenom though, not an issue with your hosting account. Nothing you do with your hosting is going to fix this.

@PProgAdmin

there are some online suggestions about Freenom and DNS problems
(if the problem are confirmed with this tool)

Test is here

the first is to delete the domain from their system and then add it again
after that config. custom NS and then wait at least 30min-24h

the other is to go into Freenom settings
and return to their default NS and wait 24h
then put the custom NS back and wait at least 30min-24h

P.S. You don’t have to wait 24 hours
it is important to make some drastic change so that the Freenom system is forced to update DB and everything else in their system.
