Can I run my react js project on this free hosting?
Node js is not supported. Don’t know about react js. Maybe they’re same?
If your project uses Node.js, no, it can’t be ran on free hosting. If it’s just plain React.js, without Node.js features, yes, it can be used on free hosting.

As long as your react js app/script executes only on the client-side (browser). Any JS that needs to execute on the server-side should not work for as far as what I know.
