That’s so weird. I had the same problem earlier today, but it’s gone now. I fixed it by looking for weird files in my htdocs folder and deleting them.
I looked for the domain moudania.is-great.net, but it doesn’t look like it’s attached to any account. If you add it to an account and wait for a day or two for the DNS to propagate, you should be able to set up a website on it.
Domains which are not in use are redirected to an external domain parking service where the domains may show ads. That’s what you’re seeing on the domain right now.
