I do wanna host a chat system for a community, but InfinityFree does not allow it. If I would just put a link which directs to another hosting provider / server where is chat system is available, Would I still be banned?

You will not be banned 
You can use something that is embed (third party)
and which does not consume system resources here (which is true in your case).
