Can someone teach me how do I change the URL of my website : anythingaakashx.com/indx.html to .com/index or .com/index.php ? Any apache snippet?

I was using that domain just to give an example I thought giving own links would be marked self-promotion. And regarding changing the extension to .php will the page load as it is supposed to? I mean I coded everything in HTML and will browser be able to interpret it in .php?

PHP will be executed only when there is PHP code (<?PHP echo ?>), the rest will be displayed as HTML. If you face any issue just change the extension back to .html

RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,}\s([^.]+)\.php [NC] RewriteRule ^ %1 [R,L,NC] RewriteCond %{THE_REQUEST} ^[A-Z]{3,}\s([^.]+)\.html [NC] RewriteRule ^ %1 [R,L,NC] Use Cloudflare with your site. This will remove the id, and allow sitemap generators to view your site.
