Rejected search registro.br

I’m trying to register my domain (teclab.sjc.br) through Registro.br. But I’m not succeeding.
I contacted registry.br support and they informed me that the DNS servers ns1.epizy.com and ns2.epizy.com have the error
“search refused” in response to the domain Teclab.sjc.br.
I was instructed to contact infinityfree for solutions.
can anybody help me?
