I want to create a new account and for that, I’m getting a message to remove my custom domain from the previous account to use it into another account.
I just want my custom domain to be removed from my account
Remove your domain from your previous account first, then deactivate that account.
That’s the question, how to remove my custom domain from that account. That’s what I actually want to know
Click “control panel” (in client area), go to addon domains, then remove your domain.
You have to open the control panel first. The button at the top of that page you screenshoted.
If you’ve already deactivated the account, you’ll need to reactivate the account first to regain access to the control panel to delete the domain names. After you’ve deleted the domains, you can deactivate your account again.
