Hi and welcome to the forum
Pending certificates cannot be deleted (anymore). The order is already sent to GoGetSSL, and things become a mess if we delete the corresponding record on our end. After 30 days, GoGetSSL will mark the order as failed.
Similar story for failed orders: the orders exist with their providers and we can’t undo them.
Over time, the failed and expired orders will move to the bottom of the list, and eventually onto other pages. And if you’re having trouble finding other orders now, you can click the …
You can just upload the new private key and certificate. No need to delete anything beforehand. Uploading a new private key automatically removes the existing certificate.
Revoking the SSL certificate is an option with some providers, but it won’t affect your ability to replace it with a different one.
Hello
You cannot remove SSL certificates from the client area. To remove the certificate from your website, open the SSL/TLS section of the control panel and delete the contents of all three boxes.
Go into vPanel and delete the certificate using the “Delete certificate” button.
Then if you want, you can request a new certificate from a trusted provider.
For your information: removing an SSL certificate is never necessary. You can just replace the existing private key and certificate and it will automatically remove the old certificate. And if you want to stop using HTTPS at all, then removing the certificate isn’t helpful either.

It’s not very visually nice to have a full list of certificates, but that’s how it is.
I assume that you are a meticulous person, so it stings your eyes
Thank you for choosing our services and good luck in your future work !
