i renewed my certificate some time back but i have not been able to upload it for every time i upload it it tells me the certificate is for a different private key… how do i sort out the issue

Have you tried clicking the “Delete Key” and “Delete Certificate” that is matching to your old site, refreshing to make sure that both credentials are empty, then get your SSL and upload Private Key first, then certificate then upload!
