Request to delete a folder with bad name

inside htdocs/public, there is a folder i cannot delete due to the folder name, i don’t know how it got uploaded. please help. thanks

May we see what folder name is that?

Also you can’t delete the folder before the htdocs.

everytime i try to delete that folder is always error, even via ftp (553 Prohibited Directory Name)

Can you try to use FTP client like Filezilla and remove it there? And see if it will work.
