Hi, I opened a support ticket regarding my website getting suspended and replied to your response on whether I can get my account temporarily activated just so I can get a backup of the htdocs folder. Could you please give me a response to my question either on the ticket or in this post?

If your website was permanently suspended, iFastNet manages the tickets, not InfinityFree. You will just have to be patient.

ok so if i have replied to the ticket ifastnet will respond right?

Yes. They generally respond within 3 business days.
