I want to Reset or reload an account to start fresh. But due to Manuel deleting it have deleted my complete database and files my mistake. And now unable to access many of functions and application. So I request Admin to help me and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I don’t understand the issue. You say you want to have a clean account but still want to keep the website currently on it? That sounds like a contradiction to me.
Also, if you deleted your files, the files are deleted. Nobody can magically bring your files or databases back if you deleted them.
Simply I want to restart or reload my account with the same domain name as an new registered account.

Then you can either delete everything from your account manually, or you can unpark the domain name from the account, create a new account and assign your domain name to it, then deactivate your old account.
