Does anyone know how to resize logo of a live site (astra not responding) to fit in mobile view
My logo is too big and covers the whole header
Your website is suspended. However if you use Elementor, you can add the logo to the top section (or if you use a custom header there) and play around with the mobile responsiveness

I noticed everytime wen I was switching from one editor to another I was breaking my contents… how do I change to Elementor without affecting my responsiveness
You don’t have to switch actually. You can just install a plugin called Hayyabuild (you can find it from wordpress.org and download it) that has a responsive gutenburg header and footer huilder where you can add your logo.
