Returning a domain from another hosting site

Hi, I want to register a domain name with infinityfree. I used to have the site here but took it to another host to try it out. Now I’m pretty rusty on how to reactivate the DNS here.

Could anyone guide me or point me in the right direction?

Edit: Here’s what I’ve done so far—added these into Namecheap:
