My website which is : Rivera.eu.org , wordpress
Is getting a error when I try to install a plugin (or) theme from library saying
Installation failed: Could not create directory. After reloading for several times I get a ftp error like this :

Connection Information
To perform the requested action, WordPress needs to access your web server. Please enter your FTP credentials to proceed. If you do not remember your credentials, you should contact your web host.

Pls help ASAP I want to launch this website🙏🏽

@Infiuser11, welcome to the forum!
FTP credentials can be found in the client area. Also this error is rarely seen, I suggest you reinstall WordPress via softaculous! And like @Greenreader9 said.

Try installing the plugin manually. Download it from the vendors website, and upload it to the “Plugins” folder on your website.
