Whenever I try to login it says it can’t connect to the storage server.
How long does the issue last? Minutes? Hours? Days? Weeks?
I installed roundcube about 24 hours ago and it’s still saying the same error.
Wait a second: you “installed” RoundCube? As in, you’re not using our RoundCube server?
If so, then it’s obvious why it doesn’t work: you can only use our webmail client to access your email
