And @anon46092769 is correct, pinging the server will always come back with the timeout responce

Correct, because the IP is down. However, pinging the IP is not proof that it is down, since it will always return with “The server timed out”

It can. My guess is that about 70% of websites hosted here are on WordPress and they are all working fine. Also, outages are fairly rare, and most servers do have 99% uptime.
FTP is working fine for me
so is just server problem, will fixed later maybe.
It looks like FTP was down for about 60 seconds. It should be working now
is fixed now problem, can accede to file manager.
