hi,
I am new to this infinity free community. I have a website that uses infinity free hosting. When I go to the website using chrome and other browsers I see a server IP address cannot be found error. How do you fix this problem?
PS: I have changed all the nameservers to the nameservers provided by infinity free.

I checked the A records along with NS ones, and it seems like the nameservers are correct, but your domain doesn’t point to a hosting account or the DNS records are corrupted. Try to login to the Control Panel, then go to the “Addon Domains” section of it, and if you find your domain on there try to remove it and re-add it. If you don’t find it, then you need to add it from that section.

@Ergastolator1 thank you so much. its working now. one more question. If I create A sub domain will that make another folder with the Sub Domain’s name on it?

Yes, it does, along with the htdocs folder for that.
