Service Still Suspender After 40 Hours

Hi, while I was designing my website, it got suspended for hitting CPU Limits (Your account was suspended because you hit the CPU Limits.) on 2019-12-09 00:04.

It’s been well over 40 hours, yet the status is still " Your account is in queue to be reactivated and will be reactivated momentarily.". I made my research and it seems like this queue lasts maximum 2 hours, why is my service still suspended? Thanks. (Site name: starrish.epizy.com)

Your account was actually reactivated, but it looks like the reactivation notice from the hosting platform didn’t come through properly.

I’ve synced your account with the hosting platform again, so it should be all active now. I’m sorry for the inconvenience.
