Session has expired

Hello,
I am trying to log on to the online file manager but every time i click on it, it says your session has expired. I have done everything that you said:

  • Remove all cookies for http://185.27.134.9 (the file manager URL)
  • Remove all cookies for the control panel domain (e.g. cpanel.epizy.com or cpanel.rf.gd)
  • Login to your account again from the client area and then try to access the file manager.

I have done all that but it still doesn’t work. What do i do?

I can’t get it to work with FileZilla, it connects to the server (with a certificate error) and is happy with the username, but when I enter the password, it comes up with error 530, login authentication failed.
