Session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /php_sessions)

I was able to login my account until last night it just redirect me to index php and doesnt start a session so i just opened php error logs this is the error log at login.php page “session_start(): Failed to read session data: files (path: /php_sessions)” I did not change anything in my auth controller or something this just happened by itself what should I do? Also, I can not connect to admin panel either didn’t change anything from there aswell

updated php version to 7.4 but didn’t fix the issue

why is no one saying something? I see there is one more person with the exact same problem, but no one helps… I guess this is an internal error aswell because its about php directories which we dont even have permissions to see

Sorry about the delay.

Judging by the error message and the fact that multiple people are experiencing this, it seems very likely that this is another symptom of the issues of this week.

I’ve asked iFastNet to investigate.
