If under the word “played” you mean enabled
then the answer is NO.
Command-line access is not allowed on free hosting, so any command-line-related function (e.g. shell_exec, exec, system, proc_open) are disabled. If you need command-line access, please consider upgrading your account.

You did not specify the name of that software,
but I repeat “it is disabled for security reasons”.
You can try contacting the author of that script (developer)
and ask him how to skip that request if that part is not necessary.
This is web hosting,
and I’m a little suspicious of the need for “audio conversation”.
