My site is https://venyx.xyz and it cannot be reached. My account claims the site is active and I can access everything else, ( file manager, control panel, etc ), beside the site.
Your domain is not pointing to our nameservers! From your domain registrar’s panel, check whether the domain is active; if yes change the nameservers to ns1.byet.org and ns2.byet.org, because it may not work without our nameservers, and add the domain on the “Addon Domains” or “Parked Domains” section of the Control Panel!
