So I just registered this website (rf.gd ftw) and I see a page that looks like the site is suspended. But it does not redirect me anywhere or hide cpanel icons, everything seems fine. My question is, because I know this will fix after 1 day (that happens on all my sites here LOL), how can I prevent that from happening and what is causing it? Thanks.

It sounds like DNS propagation. In short: you could try to fix it by switching your computer’s nameservers, but there is nothing you can do with your hosting account that can speed it up. A longer explanation is here: https://infinityfree.net/support/domains/what-is-dns-propagation
