Site does not use php 7.4 though it is selected

I know it because error says that it doesn’t support “??=”, but php 7.4 should support it

I’m aware and working on this:

This is very strange, it looks like your account is using PHP version 7.3, but we don’t actually use that PHP version anymore. I’ve asked iFastNet to investigate.
