For starters, by checking the article @Greenreader9 and I linked to. And if those are not clear enough, there are tons of guides available online on how to upload a WordPress theme with FTP.

Hover over to htdocs/wp-content/themes.
Extract your download .zip theme file.
Upload the extracted files to the server.
