Hello there,
I checked your domain and it seems like it doesn’t return any DNS records whatsoever. Could you verify by sending a screenshot of the nameservers you set on your DNS record?
Also this might be just a temporary issue while the server admins are currently trying to fix the issue regarding the FTP.
Nameserver 1: ns1.ifastnet12.org
Nameserver 2: ns2.ifastnet12.org
These are the name servers I was given after upgrading to premium
Since you already have upgraded to premium, you can get a much more professional support from iFastNet, just go to support.ifastnet.com and create a ticket there regarding your issue.
You can also ask them there to migrate your site for you so you don’t have to migrate your site to the premium servers yourself!

I created support tickets but no reply since yesterday.
Am just chatting with bots over there. No help.
It’s probably because they are limited with staff right now due to the pandemic.
So did you already changed your nameservers to the premium nameservers?
Also if you just changed your nameservers recently it would take up to 24-48 hours for DNS records to fully propagate.
