It seems like that IP is also affected by the migration process. Maybe there are also some free accounts there that needs to ve migrated to the new servers.
Only Admin can confirm this.

My site also has the same issue, it will not load.
Have you already tried checking the pinned announcement? Maybe it will help you out.
I’ve checked, and i see many others are facing it with their website (different IPs), for 4 days now. so not sure if its being taking care of…

BTW, on the vpanel i see that the ftp server is set to ftpupload.net [185.27.134.11]
and i can’t even connect it
Me too. Fun fact, My website IP is before your website IP
