I can access file manager from my account tho. idk
We don’t usually block specific IPs from accessing our FTP server, but there is a brute force protection and rate limiting in place that will block if you try to login with invalid credentials too many times. It’s possible that the Site.pro builder server hit one of those limits.
But that should just fix itself after an hour or so. Did the issue persist for you for more than an hour?
