What I’m seeing is:
just says error everytime i go to download

everytime i try to ftp it says server down

Can you please share the complete FileZilla (or whatever software you’re using) error log for the FTP connection, so that we can help you better? Also, if you’re downloading the htdocs folder via the Online File Manager, if that folder is big, it can’t be processed perfectly, and so you have to use a FTP client like FileZilla to download that folder.
