is there any plugins or trick for that?
A sitemap is a file telling search engines what pages you have (or want to show, at least).
It is as simple as creating a file, adding the contents and uploading it via ftp.
Ok, maybe not that simple, but it is quite easy!

You cannot use Online Tools because of the security system.

just make sitemap.txt and fill it with all of your web link
