Slow loading site

When I or other visitor opens the website https://malverngroup.epizy.com/ for the first time each day it can take up to one minute to load. After that first load it loads in about 3 to 5 seconds.
Can anyone help please as I am getting complaints from users

WordPress is the best, but you can try blogger.com (not hosted here). Or use Joomla & Drupal
